For a 2013 thru early 2014, this part will work fine. I did not realize until more research that in 2015 mid year, Ford added a magnetic sensor to this assembly. My car is a 2016, so the magnet not in this assembly and therefore sensor doesn see one it gave an error code. Part was bought new from Rock Auto and installed then removed.
Nothing wrong with the part at all.
